If you are under 18, use the service only with a parent or guardian. Children's data is not shared with third parties for marketing.

What we collect

Account & contact: name, phone, email, shipping / visit addresses, map pins.
Fit: body and style measurements, photos or notes you upload for a job.
Orders: garments, visit bookings, payments status, WhatsApp messages you start with us.
Technical: device / browser basics, cookies, and approximate usage (pages viewed) to keep the site secure and improve it.

We do not store full card or net-banking numbers on our servers. Payment details are entered on the gateway / bank page.

How we use data

Fulfil stitch, collection, alter, and custom orders
Schedule and run home visits / pickups
Price, invoice, and record payments
Send order updates (WhatsApp / SMS / email)
Prevent fraud and fix product issues
Improve catalogue, zones, and support (aggregated where possible)

We may send offers to the contacts you register; you can ask us to stop marketing messages anytime via contact@stchnow.com.

Sharing

We share data only as needed with: payment gateways, delivery partners, vetted stitch / visit partners working under StchNow, and when law or a court requires it. We do not sell your personal data.

Security & cookies

Data is stored on secured systems with access limited to official use. No system is perfectly secure — protect your password and log out on shared devices.

Cookies help keep you signed in and remember city / cart preferences. You can block cookies in the browser; some features may then be limited.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, or restrict certain processing, subject to law and records we must keep for orders / tax. Erasure requests are handled without undue delay (typically within one month), except where we must retain data.

Privacy disputes for StchNow Interfaces are subject to Indian law and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, together with our Terms of use.
