Do you stitch with my fabric?

Accepted Answer

Yes for everyday stitch — blouse, kurta, shirt, and the rest of the stitch list. You provide the cloth; we cut and sew. Collection is our house designs. Custom / occasion can use yours or cloth we source after the quote.

Question 2

Will you pick up my material or take measures at home?

Accepted Answer

Yes in serviceable pin codes. Fabric pickup and alteration visits use the pickup fee. Home measure (optionally with fabric on the same trip) uses the measure fee. Studio confirms pickup. Online measure is free where offered.

Question 3

When do I pay?

You can place an order without paying first. Full labour (and any visit fee) is due before we dispatch delivery. Studio-added garments may need your approval on the order page.

Can I return a custom outfit?

Pieces are made for you, so refunds are generally not available. Exchanges and defect repairs are case by case. See Returns & refunds under Policies.

Where do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

Finished garments ship after QC. Shipping in India is free. We also ship worldwide (duties / special courier may apply).

Question 6

How do custom / occasion orders get paid?

Accepted Answer

After a designer consult we send a quote. Advance confirms the order; the balance is due before delivery.
