## Services
- Stitch — labour only; customer provides fabric for everyday garments.
- Alter — home or studio alteration bands (Standard, Major, Custom).
- Custom / designer — quote first; advance confirms the order.
- Home visits — fabric pickup, measure, alter at the door in service zones.
- Customer shows a 4-digit OTP on the order page; staff enter it to start field jobs.
- Alter home visits: OTP to start, add lines on the visit, collect cash/UPI/online (UPI photo), then end — no end OTP.
- Collection — house designs (separate from everyday stitch).

## Visit fees
- Fabric pickup / alter home visit (list): ₹99
- Home measure (list): ₹199
- Online measure: free where offered

## Home visits
- Fabric pickup and alteration visits use the pickup visit fee.
- Home measure (optionally with fabric on the same trip) uses the measure fee.
- Online / video measure is free where offered.
- Studio confirms the slot; weather or capacity can delay visits.
- Pure fabric pickup is logistics; measure/alter (with or without fabric) is a home visit.

## Payment
- You can place an order without paying first.
- Full labour (and any visit fee) is due before delivery dispatch.
- Custom / occasion: advance after quote; balance before delivery.
- Studio-added garments may need customer approval on the order page.

## Shipping & delivery
- Finished garments ship after QC.
- Shipping in India is free.
- Worldwide shipping available; duties / special courier may apply.

## Returns & goodwill
- Pieces are made to measure — refunds are generally not available.
- Defect repairs and exchanges are case by case.
- After delivery, one free home visit may be offered for a small alteration issue within the goodwill window; further visits are charged. Free visit does not always mean free labour.
